1 · Store the paperwork

2 · Register the asset
Sign one memo that commits the asset details and the document roots. The node checks it on chain.
3 · Attestation
An approved attestor reviews the documents and signs an attestation that stays fresh for 90 days.
A registration records who committed which documents and when. It is not a token, and it does not establish legal title, custody or valuation.
